While we carefully ensure product quality before dispatch, we understand that issues may sometimes occur. 1. Returns & Refunds for Customers

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must share a clear unboxing video showing the issue.

The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened.

The complaint must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

No return or refund is applicable for defective electronic items.
Missing Items

If any item is missing, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.

Once verified, a refund for the missing item(s) will be processed if the item cannot be fulfilled.
💰 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only after proper verification and approval:

❌ Order Rejection / Parcel Refusal
If a customer refuses or rejects a parcel after dispatch:
