1. Returns and Refunds for Customers
Return Request Period
Customers must raise any return or refund request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Requests after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
Damaged or Defective Products: Customer must provide a clear unboxing video showing the damage/defect.
Missing Items: If any item is missing from the package, an unboxing video is mandatory to verify the claim.
Note: Claims without unboxing video evidence cannot be processed.
Refund Eligibility
Damaged/Defective: If verified, we will provide a full or partial refund or replacement.
Missing Items: Verified missing items will be refunded.
Electronics: No returns/refunds are applicable for defective electronic items.
Return Shipping
Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a trusted courier with tracking.
Rejection/Denial of Parcel
If the customer refuses/denies delivery:
Double shipping cost (forward + return) will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be approved/rejected.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
Only unused, undamaged, and original-condition items are eligible.
2. Refunds & Returns for Suppliers/Dropshipping Partners
Damaged/Defective: Notify within 48 hours → Replacement or Refund provided.
Incorrect Items: Replacement or Refund provided if it’s our packing error.
Missing Items: Report within 48 hours with proof → Refund issued.
Quality Check: We follow strict QC before shipping. If any issue arises post-delivery, submit unboxing video + details → Replacement or Refund will be arranged.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
Used or customer-damaged products.
Products marked “Non-Returnable” on product page.
Electronic products.
4. Return/Refund Process
Customer reports issue within 48 hours.
Must provide unboxing video + order details.
9xShoppy team reviews and confirms eligibility.
Customer ships item back (if required).
Refund/Replacement issued within 5 working days after approval.
