While we carefully ensure product quality before dispatch, we understand that issues may sometimes occur. This Return & Refund Policy explains the process for returns, refunds, and replacements for both customers and dropshipping partners.

1. Returns & Refunds for Customers

• Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Products

• If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must share a clear unboxing video showing the issue.

• The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened.

• The complaint must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

• No return or refund is applicable for defective electronic items.

Missing Items

• If any item is missing, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.

• Once verified, a refund for the missing item(s) will be processed if the item cannot be fulfilled.

💰 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only after proper verification and approval:

• Damaged or Defective Items:
  Partial or full refund will be issued based on approval.

• Missing Items:
  Refund will be issued if replacement is not possible.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

• Customers are advised to use a trackable courier service.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

❌ Order Rejection / Parcel Refusal

If a customer refuses or rejects a parcel after dispatch:

• Double shipping charges (forward + reverse) will be deducted from the refund.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deductions.

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

• Refunds are issued only if the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

2. Returns & Refunds for Dropshipping Partners

Dropshipping partners are responsible for customer communication. However, 9xShoppy will support partners in genuine cases.

📦 Damaged or Defective Products

• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• After verification, we will:

  • Replace the product OR

  • Issue a full refund

🔁 Incorrect Items

If an incorrect product is shipped due to our error:

• Replacement or full refund will be provided.

📉 Missing Items

• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Refund will be processed after verification if replacement is not possible.

🛠 Quality Check & Proof

• Strict quality checks are conducted before dispatch.

• Unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

• Supporting images/videos may be requested.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used or damaged products

• Items without original packaging

• Products marked non-returnable

• Electronic products
